Music to your eyes!

This is one wrap that I'd certainly put on repeat! Here's how I made it:



First I washed and chopped into thin slices; different root vegetables and just yummy veggies and placed into a cooking tray. I then poured the seasoning made from chopped chillies, grated garlic, balsamic vinegar, virgin olive oil, salt and pepper over the vegetables. 








Now for the fun bit:
I messed all the vegetables around to make sure the seasoning got all over each pieces. Then I cooked them for about 25 minutes on 180 heat. Once cooked, I left to cool.

Whilst cooling, I spread some guacomole on a tortilla wrap.

Now time to add the vegetables!




And then finally some rocket lettuce. I simply folded to secure the wrap in place and walah!
Amazing.
