This is one wrap that I'd certainly put on repeat! Here's how I made it:
Now for the fun bit:
I messed all the vegetables around to make sure the seasoning got all over each pieces. Then I cooked them for about 25 minutes on 180 heat. Once cooked, I left to cool.Whilst cooling, I spread some guacomole on a tortilla wrap.
Now time to add the vegetables!
And then finally some rocket lettuce. I simply folded to secure the wrap in place and walah!
Amazing.
